\u00a0En 1956, elle suit les cours de rythmique de Jo Baeriswyl (M\u00e9thode Feldenkreis) et, en 1960, commence l\u2019\u00e9tude de la danse classique au Conservatoire de Sion. D\u00e8s 1965, outre cette discipline, elle se dirige vers le n\u00e9o-classique, le moderne et le jazz, qu\u2019elle d\u00e9couvre dans les classes de Mme Gerlach et qu\u2019elle perfectionne en suivant de nombreux cours et stages (en particulier avec A.-M. Parekh, M. Mattox, J. Alberca, G. Palomar\u00e8s, etc.).
\nTout en continuant \u00e0 pratiquer la danse classique (avec V. Brosko et F. Stebler, \u00e0 la Grande Ecole de danse de Berne, et chez S. Golovine \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve), elle entreprend d\u00e8s 1975 d\u2019\u00e9tudier la danse de caract\u00e8re avec O. Stens. Durant une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, elle suit la formation de l\u2019IPAC (Institut p\u00e9dagogique de l\u2019Art chor\u00e9graphique), \u00e0 Paris.
\nAvec l\u2019Atelier chor\u00e9graphique, elle participe aux concours de Nyon, de Bagnolet et de la Sc\u00e8ne fran\u00e7aise. Elle pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement une cr\u00e9ation (solo)\u00a0:\u00a0Chromophonia<\/em>, avec le musicien B. Cochard.<\/p>\n
